Gi is an engineer, marketer and entrepreneur. Having founded and built a number of successful businesses in the last 20 years including Techlightenment - the leader in social insight and advertising (sold to Experian plc in 2011) - he now concentrates on investing and supporting ambitious UK startups and scaleups including Citymapper, YPlan, Streetlife, TechWillSaveUs, Playmob and Big Health as well as helping a number of FTSE organisations on digital strategy and transformation. His particular passion is unlocking UK digital talent from a diverse population and is on the board of Apps For Good, Young Rewired State, Freeformers and the Duke of York's IDEA programme.

Anthony Impey is Founder and CEO of Optimity, an ambitious, fast-growth company that is fixing London’s broadband using a pioneering wireless technology that replaces the need for fibre optics.  He has also established Tech Up Nation, an initiative to get local young people to start careers with local companies in East London. 

Tony is a Board Director with a wide range of experience in the Mobile, Internet and media industries. He has founded, co-founded and sold a number of businesses over the past 25 years but remain passionate about technology and highly disruptive fast scaling, early stage enterprises. Tim has managed large and small organisations in the private and public sectors ranging from universities to venture capital firms. He has led start up companies, charities, political campaigns and public bodies. At present, he is the Director of UCL Enterprise Operations and also the Director of UCL Advances, the centre for entrepreneurship at University College London. He has managed stakeholders from senior academic faculty and government ministers to students and high-level business leaders and been successful in navigating their respective needs and working styles.

Rob has over 20 years experience in the IT industry. He has a background in developing computer systems for the banking and financial industry, working for City firms such as the London Stock Exchange, DKB, Hiscox Insurance Underwriters and Mercury Asset Management. With the rise of the internet Rob moved into the new media industry, designing and building mobile apps and website for a broad spectrum of clients.

Hephzi is a business founder, investor and believer in the power of good business to transform society. With a background in finance, recruitment and impact investing, Hephzi loves to partner with people and organisations driven by the same values and vision for the future. She is also a mother of one and a keen marathon runner and world traveler.
